Digital print and design business, MOO, is based directly opposite Farringdon tube station in the heart of London’s original 18th Century printing district. With an office space spanning 120 meters long and 40 meters wide (the equivalent of three Olympic size swimming pools) the large open-plan office is as colourful and vibrant as the materials it prints – even the books in their personal library are organised by colour instead of name!
As a visual reminder that paper is at the heart of MOO’s business, the office features an elegant 60-metre-long paper installation suspended from the ceiling along the spine of the office, constructed from over 500 panels of beautifully crafted, G.F.Smith Colorplan paper.
With skate-ramps, office dogs, a vintage telephone and dedicated library corner, the winner of Mashable’s ‘Most Playful Work Environment’ is one of London’s best examples of an office that certainly adds a splash (or two!) of colour and fun to contemporary work-life.
