Back of House Finally Comes to the Fore – New roles for real estate, facilities, technology, and human resources

Wednesday, 11 November, 2020 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST

| $15

15:00-16:00 GMT

After years of squeezing every possible dime out of the real estate portfolio (actually, a game of diminishing returns) industry professionals have discovered new opportunities to add value to their organizations in different (and more sustainable) ways.

As the notion of work continues to evolve with increasing complexity, we have seen new roles like Chief Workplace Officer and Chief Engagement Officer emerge. Now’s the time for yet another new role – the Chief Integration Officer – who acts as a liaison between the C-Suite and various knowledge pools within an organization.

Join Andrew Mawson, Managing Director, AWA and panel guests including Jonathan Evett, Head of Global Resilience at JP Morgan Chase London, Sameer Pangrekar, Director and Global Design and Strategic Projects, Twitter US, Brad Taylor, Director of People, OD & Workplace, CIPD and David Harding, former International Technology COO at Morgan Stanley, as they discuss the changing and intertwining roles of disciplines including Real Estate, IT, HR and Communications, as companies seek to create equity among workers adopting new work patterns in order to create more resiliency within their organizations.

The panel will discuss how melding their expertise not only creates new opportunities for their respective roles but results in forward thinking about space and the people who occupy it.
