How is the co-working boom impacting the wider world of workplace?
Monday, 11 November @ 16:30 - 18:30 GMT
Hosted by IFMA and RICS
Flexible and co-working offices will account for 10% of the UK property market by 2027, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Popularised by the rapid rise of global co-working provider WeWork, flexible working is celebrated for its design chic, excellent services, and user-centric environments that boost the social aspect of work.
The model is growing popular with businesses because it offers them shorter leases and plug-and-play workspaces. However, the world doesn’t stand still and occupier needs change. Therefore, to what extent is this model sustainable, and where might it ultimately fail? Can it withstand the next recession, and is it impervious to further disruption?
Join IFMA-RICS for its 2019 Workplace Week London fringe event hosted at Workplace House in Farringdon.
The expert panel will feature multiple viewpoints, covering the FM, design, property, catering and the end user perspective.
