Change is tough. And now a change back from WFH to a hybrid model is going to be tough. People are frightened and need to be assured that anything but WFH will work and is safe. Adopting a sort of “reverse” change management process, we now need to assure employees that we are not only recreating infrastructure but promoting a multitude of work models that support their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
