About the session:

Carl Hansen & Son will host a lively conversation featuring Brooke Mellen, Founder of Cultured Forest to enlighten you on the Japanese cultural practice of Forest Bathing or Shinrin-yoku, which has scientific data to show how nature and time outdoors has proven to help lower stress levels.

Our panel with expertise in workplace strategy, the design of well-being spaces, and have “bathed in the forest”, will join Brooke in conversation. Together, they will share their thoughts and concepts of how this practice could foster creativity and inspire the design of relaxing environments for workplace gatherings.
