Everyone wants to find the magic formula for improving workplace performance. It is almost as if solving productivity in the workplace is a form of alchemy.
So what are the elements that we can harness to influence the effectiveness of an organisation and the people within it?
Area and WORKTECH Academy have partnered with The United Workplace, a global network of Workplace specialists, to find out. Our research indicates there is one overriding factor.
The answer and the overall outcome of the research will be presented by Jeremy Myerson, Professor at the Royal College of Arts and Leeson Medhurst, Head of Workplace at 360, Fourfront Group’s Workplace Consultancy business.
